So here's my situation:
I have absolutely no time to cook during the week because I work 12 hour shifts +half hour unpaid lunch and 30 mins to commute to and from work. Which leaves me with around 10 hours of time not spent at work which 8 of those are spent on sleep and the last remaining 2 are for me actually going to the gym and showering.
So my question is, what method would you recommend for my calorie intake. I'm an ectomorph and to gain weight I'm looking at around 3000-4000 calories a day.
Currently I'm just going out (a lot) to McDonald's which is right by my work but I'm spending around $30 a day so this isn't a long term solution, not to mention it's not the healthiest thing to put in your body.
My preferred budget would be less than $20 a day. Something I could either get my hands on quickly before/after work and lunch, or some sort of meal prep that doesn't taste like rubber on the 5th day.
I'd just like to hear your opinion on what you would personally do in my situation or have any ideas on what could be a good plan.
Thanks! :)
