I am 21 years old. 176cm(5'7) tall and I weight 66.5-67kg(147lbs).
Because of my busy schedule I can only eat three times a day. Really struggling to gain weight. Are there any supplements that may help? Friend of mine(non-pro) recommended protein and amino acids.
P.S Don't really think, that gaining fat would be a problem. I think I have low fat percentage and if anything, I'll workout more to reduce it.
