I've trying to add a little bit of weight starting in mid October. Since Mid-October up until Monday my weight was pretty consistent around one pound heavier then when I started. Then today randomly shot up another two pounds. Is it normal for there to be not much weight gain and then a jump like this or is this not common? Do I slow down the bulk or keep going
