hey im a 161 pounds (73kg) 17 years old currently bulking I workout 4 days a week a hour and a half each of those days i walk a good bit to get up to gym and home about half an hour a day also, just wondering if i should be eating more and if not, in the future, when im say 78kg how much will i have to eat then?
