How many Calories to eat

2 months ago I was eating roughly 2200 calories a day. I was still felling hungry and really bloated and gross. I workout for 2 hours a day, doing about 75% cardio and 25% resistance. last month I increased my calories to 2400, and for the first 3 days of doing that I had more energy, wasn't bloated and my weight started decreasing. Then after a couple days I didn't feel as full, and my weight started increasing again. Is 2400 too high, or does my body need more food with the amount of exercise I do?
