There’s something I’ve been quite concerned about as of late.
I don’t religiously weight myself daily but i do take my weight from time to time (maybe once a week to once in 2 weeks) and generally my weight is pretty constant.
My workout routine hasnt’ changed much for the past 1-2 years- Gymming (cardio+weight training) for about 3-4 times a week. My diet has been constant as well. I basically eat 99% the same foods daily.
However for the past week i took my weight and noticed a gain of about 1kg?? and it’s shocking given that i haven’t made changes to my diet/ workouts. Maybe except that I’ve worked out a bit more over the past week. But nonetheless it’s nothing very strenuous as I don’t get super sore after my workouts.
I still do cardio, and weight lifting, and i’m just wondering what could be some causes of this sudden weight gain?
some causes i’ve thought of could be, me drinking insufficient water, getting insufficient rest, not enough nutrition?
But then again, it’s not that these factors listed above are ‘suddenly experienced’ by my body. So i’ve yet to be certain about what could cause this sudden weight gain and whether it’ll gradually be lost??
