I have some qurstions

Hi im new here.
Im currently trying to lose fat
Im 171 cm 93 kg and 27 male
Ive started about 3 weeks ago and ive lost 4 kg so far.
Now, i am work everyday 12 hours in factory, i sweat alot.. Walk alot, carry heavy begs alot...
So my bmr is 2000+ i belive i burn 1200 at work.. Do like 3200...
Im eating like 1900-2300 daily... Around 140 g protein..
I eat in 5 at morning like half avocado and yogurt... At 11 lunch like 900 calo
And at 7 afternoon like 800..
Then i sleep from 8 to 5... Is it good way?
