In a period of 7-8 months I managed to lose abot 16 kilograms from 86.5 Kilograms to about 70.5 ... then a month and a hald ago I started bulking and I had vacation here vacation there, ate a bit of mom food and stuff like that.. somehow I managed to reach 76.6 kilograms (that's my weight this morning ) .. it's like I ****ed up 3 months + worth of cutting ...
