How many calories should i have?

Hey guys,
So I just started hitting the gym and I’ve tried to eat clean. I want to bulk
Should I worry about counting all my calories or is it fine because I’m still young? Should I just eat as much clean food as I can and lift heavy since I’m pretty small? Are supplements necessary? If so how many calories and protein should I be eating?

I’m 16 5’3 and 120 pounds
