Hi guys in a newb at this stuff I am 5'9 and 135 lbs and around 12% body fat im not sure how many calories i should be consuming i have recently just gotten back into lifting weights about 4 times a week due to my work/school schedule, and im trying to gain weight other than lifting I frequently play basketball.
should i be aiming for .5lbs or 1lbs per week and if so how would i know how much to eat for each rate. also which ones do yall prefer 1lbs or .5lbs only reason i would like to do .5lbs is due keep fat gains to a minimum.
