Soo recently I’ve started gaining weight, well I’ve gained about nearly 20 pounds in the past few months but two days ago I weighted myself and I was weighing at 147lbs well today I weighed myself and it’s saying I weigh 140lbs? Is it possible to lose 7 pounds within two days? I will admit I haven’t actually had a solid meal today due to being so busy so could that be it?
