I’m trying to lose a good amount of fat and I’ve been doing some research on keto and IF my problem is I work M-F I wake up at 4:30-5:00am for work so working out in the morning is a bit tuff I get home anywhere from 4-6 pm and have two kids so I want to spend time with them after work so I was thinking of working out at about 830 9 pm and get done at 10. Sticking to the 16:8 IF schedule if I break fast at 2 and eat my meals till 10 having my last meal of a protein shake after I workout is that ok? Or does someone have better advice for me?
