So basically I cant stomach vegetables I think they're disgusting and refuse to eat any apart from the odd few carrots. What I want to know is will I be hitting my vitamin needs by taking a good multi like orange triad and eating 3-4 fruits a day? bannanas,apples etc. Rest of my diet is pretty much in check have enough fiber and protein so on
