Vegetarian Bulking..

Hi all

So I’m planning to start bulking as of tomorrow for the first time. Worked out my minimum intakes as per MrPBs useful post (thanks!).

So, I can get my minimum protein and fat intakes without problem, but I’m pescatarian and it tends to be the case that all meat replacements are high in fat (as is most fish!). Now I know I could eat ten tonne of lentils but it just doesn’t seem practical. I might be being lazy.

I feel like my fat intake might be too high though - I end up eating (approx):
Protein 25%
Fat 35%
Carbs 40%

Is that okay for bulking or is fat intake too high and I’ll end up getting chubby as opposed to muscly?

Thanks in advance!

Cheers, Jake.
