I am currently 26yrs old, 6ft3 , 200lbs skinny fat i have always been over weight with my highest been 250lbs thats when i decided to make the change after my son was born. I didnt have the confidence to go to the gym so I researched heavily in losing weight, counting calories, macros etc and just upped my activity level and did cardio jogging the streets 2 times a week. Iv now lost 50lbs over the past 12month.
Iv been in the gym for the past four weeks but just feel weak and skinny, now im comfortable in my own clothing and coming up to winter anyway should i lean bulk or lower my BF% more first????
Any advice would be appreciated
