Question : Should I cut my BF : 15,5% until 10 % before Bulking ?

Hello Everyone,

Going directly to the point I need some advice if I need or Should cut by BF and focus then only eating lean and getting bigger healthy pher se.

I came back to GYM 3 months ago with this stats:

Age: 28

Starter Pack:
BF:14,3%
74,2 KG
182CM

Currently Stats:
BF: 15,5 %
77,5 KG
182CM

I did won some Body Fat due to the fact I Started going to the GYM 5 times a week and eating more Protein and some Carbs also.

I did search for some opinions but the opinions are diversed. Some articles say that you will win more with Bulking if you go down until 10% BF others say for newbies it does not matter.

Therefore I am asking to you guys with more experienced than me.

Edit: I do take Creatine since I workout 5 times a week.
Jack3d as pre workout and of course Whey protein 1 a day.
