Why do certain meals make me burp it up for the rest of the day? No matter what time I eat heavy meals like Koobideh, Oxtail, Jerk Chicken, etc it just fuks me up for the rest of the day. What is the science behind this? They are all high in protein, carbs, and sodium but so is rice and steak which never does this to me.
