is it counterproductive if i drink whey after a workout and im trying to lose weight?
i know that whey is for the boost for proteins but is it an okay thing to do as a post workout meal? i get home at 8-9 so i cant really eat dinner at that time. i just drink whey only or whey and a piece of fruit
