Minimums and my fitness pal

For those who use the app or something similar. Do you just set your minimums and then eat the amount of calories over to reach your calorie intake goal?

I’m 195lb. 195 x .8= 156 pro. 195x4=78. 1326 calories. I want to eat 2600.
2600-1326= 1274 calories left

Do you set a carb minimum?
