Hi im MuscularBunny and i want say right when i signed up and looked at the forum i see some ofbulking and cutting on here and you know what that makes me frustrated. Because it a waste of time and i even tried to do it myself and it was horrible, i gained fat and i didn't really gained muscle and I was eating very good at that time. Then i thought to myself can i do it at the same time bulk and cut then i tried and holyfudge it worked

Well you lower your caloric intake slightly than increase your protein intake so your feeding your muscles enough and waaallaaaa you have bulking and cutting at the same time no bullcrap just results
You don't have to sacrifice your strength when cutting and don't have to worry about fat gain cause well your losing it.
