So heres my current situation:
I'm a university student. I'm a commuter. I usually stay with my girlfriend but I often couch surf between friends. I'm on campus from Sunday to Thursday. From Thursday night to Sunday morning I'm staying with my friend and his family. That's my main home space where I have my bed and tv, etc.
Given this chaotic schedule its often hard for me to stick to a consistent eating schedule. More often than not I end up buying fast food. Now I work out pretty often, so it hasn't effected me much but I am looking to gain weight, which is hard to do when I change homes so often.
I'm currently looking for a consistent way to get around 2500-2700 calories a day. I want to be able to eat the same meal on most days. Or at least have the same 3 course meals with differing snacks throughout the day. I'm gonna try to do most of my cooking on saturdays at my friends house, but I can also dedicate probably one day from sunday to wednesday to cook at my girlfriends house. I have a cooler with an ice pack, so keeping the food fresh isn't a problem.
Considering I can probably cook 2 days out the week, what foods would you recommend I get to make to reach 2500-2700 calories a day?
