Hi guys,
I've been consuming 4800-5000 calories a day for a good few months and started putting on some weight now. I've always had a high metabolism so always had to eat a stupid amount. I think it's harder now as I went plant based 2 years ago and find my calories have increased since then , im guessing the massive amount of fiber I consume. I currently am struggling to get the calories in, does anyone have any easy very high calorie foods idea's to help me on my way that aren't too expensive and obviously don't contain meat/eggs/dairy. I find I can't stay consistent with my diet as I'm always trying to find a better source of high calories and sometimes just don't know what to make!
Anyone have any tips?
Thanks in advance.
