Protein to LB ratio is based on current weight or target weight?

Sorry if its been asked before, but if im 170 pounds and want to bulk to 200, should I go with 170 or 200 grms of protein? I assume you could also start with one and increase with weight every week, just wondering which one is the method used by the pros!
