240 LB (stopped training and ate bad for 4 years)
I have recently switched to a med diet. I have eaten perfectly. I train 4 times a week 30-40 mins.
All my foods are PERFECT. Legumes, olive oil, fish, nuts, very little pasta. No sugar, juice. Some whey.
Macros are 45% fat, 30% carb, 25% protein.
Eating NET (after exercise) about 1800 so that's about 2,100 -2,200 gross.
I did just fine on this level of calories and training in my 20s.
Now, I am lethargic, headaches, just feel very down. Brain fog. No libido either sadly.
Is this just the shock of changing? Will it get better? Anyone else experience this?
Usually when I've gone clean and exercising I've felt 100% better. However, I am probably cleaner than I've ever been this week.
Only been going a week but I just feel worse and worse.
I am NOT hungry in the slightest either.
