I play college soccer, and we’re in the midst of preseason (a week and a half long). We train 5 hours a day and it’s prettt intense majority of the time with conditioning and all that. I’ve been lifting on my own as well.
How should I adjust my calories if I’m training that much? I range from 2600-3200 a day during preseason (tracking macros as well)
