Please help me with finding the correct diet for gaining muscle mass

Hi,

I am sandeepnair from India, I am currently working out 4 to 5 days per week.My height is 171 CM and weight is 66kg.
I want to increase my weight to 72Kg and at the same time I should have good muscle growth without getting too much of body fat. Here is my current diet,

can anyone help me correcting the diet accordingly, so that I can intake enough calories to grow my muscle ?

Breakfast
=======
60grams of oats,1 scoop of whey protein,2 banana,1 cup of chocolate almond milk

Post workout
=========
1 scoop of whey protein

Lunch ( after 30 minutes of post workout shake)
===============================
100gram of boiled brown rice,100 grams of spinach, 200gram of chicken breast

or

100gram of boiled brown rice,100 grams of spinach,2 whole egg and 6 egg white

evening snack
=========
40grams of oats, 1 banana, chocolate almond milk, 1 scoop of whey protein

or

250 grams of sweet potato and 200 grams of yogurt

dinner
=====

80gram of boiled brown rice, 150gram of chicken,Veg curry

or

80gram of boiled brown rice,4 egg white,veg curry

bedtime
======

200gram of yogurt, 20 almonds, whey protein for taste.


Per day : 3 to 3.5 liter water
