Hi everyone,
So I've got nutrition questions. So I'm a moderately overweight guy, 99kg at 183cm, 24 years old. Really I look like a pudgy overweight toddler.
I'm getting back into working out constinetly again and I am wondering, if I'm trying to lose some weight and gain some muscle definition.
How and what should I be eating. Surplus or deficit, fats, carbs? A little about my current diet, realistically I don't eat alot anymore. I've made some pretty drastic livestyle changes recently so I'm not eating processed or refined sugars anymore and I'm generally staying away from strachy carbs. I've already seen some obvious results with that i.e. less bloating, generally more energy and I'm a little slimmer than I was.
My fitness goals are to basically look good and lift heavy things for fun. I don't necessarily want to look like golden era Arnie but I'd like the confidence to take my shirt off.
Any tips, advice or general information would be appreciated. Thank you.
