I'm currently eating 3 meals a day, around 170g of protein. I remember someone said on this forum that 4 meals with at least 2.5-3g of leucine (something like 25-30g of complete protein) are better for muscle protein synthesis. I have a busy job, and I can only eat 3 times a day. I don't want to spend money of protein powder, but I can if it's necessary, since it's the only good source of protein on the go. Can someone told me if my approach is ok?
