Hi guys
need some advice, i'm currently 155 pounds going gym about 3 days a week and also training in martial arts 2-3 days a week, i'm currently eating quite good and have been maintaining the same weight for a few weeks now, been eating chicken, steak, sweet potato, rice etc. My question with my weight is it best to maintain, cut or bulk or does it eve matter, as long as i'm eating healthy?
