I understand the concept of needing to eat above TDEE to add muscle. However, should bulking feel like I'm eating a lot more than I "feel" like my body really needs? In other words, I've seen people on the forum say they eat til they're full, or they eat when they're hungry, etc. But to consume say 2,900 calories, to me, really feels like I'm eating a lot of unnecessary food. Does that make sense? Is that how bulking should feel, as though you're eating food without the need for it?
