Hello ! I started "lean" bulking, +300 kcals above my TDEE. Im like 11% BF so im trying to get some muscle without high amounts of fat. I have 4 meals a day, 1g of protein/lb, 25% of fats, rest carbs. All whole foods, i dont have any "cheat" meals, like 3 pieces of fruits daily and a lot of vegetables, so i think i have a lot of fibre. Carbohydrates mostly oats and rice, not much fast carbs. Through the days its ok, im not hungry between meals, but problem is that at night, after i finish my last meal (about 2 hours before i go to bed) im still hungry. Not like "Oh I would have a pizza or cokies" but really hungry for anything. So now i dont know, if i should eat then if im hungry or not. I know for normal bulking people will say yes, eat more, but im really trying to get muscles without that much fat, what do you think, eat or not ? Thanks
