I don’t know how im going to get enough protein in my diet, I need something pretty cheap. I calculated my muscle building needs at 214g. I can only drink so much protein powder because ill easily go way overboard with calories.
My diet:
12 eggs - 72g
2 tuna sandwiches -40g
2 protein shakes/ only 1 scoop each. -50g
I need an extra 52g but i dont know what else has tons of protein with low fat except chicken, but that’s pretty expensive. Any food suggestions are appreciated.
