I do IF mainly because its convenient for me
My question is does protein absorption take a hit when doing IF? I eat like 2 big meals and a shake with 50g of protein (2 scoops)
all within 4 hours
Does that mean im wasting my protein?
i also read that only 10 grams of protein from whey gets absorbed in an hour.. so since im taking 50g through whey, is the rest of 40g going to waste?
