How to go from maintenance to bulking

So I found my maintenance calories after week and a half monitoring my weight , and I want to start a bulk with 200 calories surplus, my maintenance is 2450 , should I add the 200 calories in one shot ? Like tomorrow I’ll start eating 2650? Or should I add them slow each day like 2500 2550 2600 2650
