Im 6,4 weighing 85kg, about 14% bodyfat, 70kg Muscle Mass.
Meal 1 - Porridge(Oats) and Peanut Butter (36g Carbs, 10g protein)
Meal 2 - 5 whole eggs scrambled and Rice (30g Protein, 75g Carbs)
Meal 3 - 2 Chicken Breast and 180g Pasta + Veg (69g Protein, 59g carbs)
Pre workout - Protein Shake w Oats (33g Carbs, 28g, Protein)
Post workout - Protein shake w half Oats(16g Carbs, 22g Protein)
Meal 4 - Family Meal - Usually chicken breast w some carbs and veg (45g Carbs, 30g protein)
Meal 5 - A banana and Skyr yogurt (15g Protein, 42g Carbs)
Total - 316g Carbs 204g Protein
Im also thinking of incorporating 100g of mixed nuts aswell over the day, but its expensive.
I've been bulking for about 3 months now, but I wasnt keeping too much of an eye on my overall macros, usually going over I assume, especially with the carbs. I have got a lot bigger tho. Noticed a bit of fat round my waist recently and thought I would standardise my diet and bring the carbs down. Would u recommend I record calorie intake also and to what extent is the fat there due to me just doing no cardio.
My goal is just the most size possible whilst not having a belly that goes past my chest.
Let us know if theres any ways I could improve it or if u have any suggestions for meals to mix it up.
