Hi Guys
I am a 19 year old male, 6ft2 tall and i weigh 158pounds so as you can imagine i am just tall and quite slim so i finally want to gain some weight and bulk up.
I have a workout for the gym which is fine but i am really struggling with the dieting side of it, i have looked online and i read all different sites but find it so overwhelming to put a plan together and work it out. I need to do my workouts at 6am in the morning due to working times
Can anybody perhaps help me out or write me out a diet plan i can follow so i meet the required calories and protein etc to bulk
