I’m a hard gainer and that requires me to have approx. 3500 cals a day. I’m having trouble eating that much food.
Though for breakfast I have a 1000 cals shake:
300ml cow milk
3 tbs unsweetened peanut butter
Almonds
1 scoop oats
2 large bananas
1 scoop nitrotech whey isolate protein
I was wondering if i could have this shake 3 times a day for breakfast lunch and dinner?
