Bulking and bloating

Is there a way to reduce bloating when bulking? I’m eating 2500 kcals which for a 6ft 170lbs guy isn’t too much.

It’s my first bulk, and I’m 2 weeks in but am like a balloon, and have been since I started. The calories are all clean, hitting around 50C/30P/20F in my macros, and tracking all my foods to the gram on myfitnesnpal.

I know a lot of people will also say it’s water retention, but I don’t think water could just bloat me out this much.

Edit: I also don’t eat any dairy, except 1 whey shake a day post workout.
