Hi all I'm skinny fat at 6 foot 2 189lbs. I have been training for the last month doing stronglifts. I would say I have a stone and a half of fat on my belly. Should I just focus on doing a bulk and getting strength up as quick as possible or should I cut down to very skinny and do a bulk from there. Thanks in advance
