Anyone limit salt intake, if so, Why

Maybe not the best articles in the world but lots of benefits to sodium for those that actually train hard, and just in general. Do your own research

I don't measure intake, but I salt every warm meal and have about a gram of sea salt in my intra workout. Blood pressure is just fine, pumps on point
