hey guys, i'm very new to working out and i'm focusing a lot on my foods at the moment, and i was curious if anyone would be able to critique my workout macros. i've attached an image of what i'd normally eat, with a workout first thing in the morning at around 7:30am. i am open to any and all criticisms.
