I pretty well have a decent idea of what to eat and not to for what I'm looking for, but I do have a question from time to time. I wanted to ask some real experienced bodybuilders wise about nutrition, rice is very popular, but I was wondering, if I'm trying to cut out as much fat as I can, is rice a Roni ok? I know it has a lot of sodium, but a box a week wouldn't hurt, would it?
