whatsup guys,
im 25, pretty active i do weights about 4-5 times a week and try do 2 hit classes a week too sometimes in the morning and then weights in the evening.
iv been doing intermittant fasting for a while now and think its great (anyone who says its not is just wrong) but iv very recently introduced carb cycling aswell which just suits me down to the ground iv been doing 1 high carb day around 350gs carbs followed by 2 low carb days consisting of about 30-50gs of carbs. my diet is pretty solid i dont snack or eat much crap at all bar beers on a saturday night but im really confused how much fat i should be eating on low carb days? i find it so hard to find much food that contains high calories without high fat and im worried im eating too much fat? cant seem to find much online about how much fat to eat, only what to eat e.g avocados, nuts etc
im about 180lbs and 6 foot, im not in bad shape but iv a belly iv been forever trying to get away from.
any advice is appreciated, cheers!
