I am looking for help creating a diet goal and plan. I want to find a spot in the 14 -17% range that we think is sustainable for me without needing to completely obsess. I know there are many factors such as age and body type to consider. I have tried to find someone local (NJ suburbs of Philly) but just not finding any info in such services. Any ideas or referrals?
