My daily caloric intake for a day is 1810 calories, going off the nutrition labels. I've double and triple checked my numbers.
Daily macros -
Protein = 190
Carbs = 64
Fat = 98
I understand in order to calculate your percentage/ratio you do the following:
Protein = 190 x 4 = 760
Carbs = 64 x 4 = 256
Fat = 98 x 9 = 882
Adding the above up, you get 1898. Is the 4/4/9 rule rounded? I'm confused as to why per the nutrition label I get 1810 daily calories, but using the method I see everyone else use to determine macro ratios it is higher. Just trying to understand the math. Thanks!
