I often use soy sauce to flavour food and occasionally eat lentils. I dont have a huge amount or anything, only like a serving a few times a week because the macros on them are great. I'm also quite a fan of soy milk.
My question is should i cut these things out of my diet to avoid increasing oestrogen and lowering my testosterone? Is it really detrimental to getting lean and muscular?
