I would also love it if you stayed away from GOMAD sucks it’ll only make you fat conversation (which is why the skinny people who do it, do it)
My question however is with drinking Lactaid and noticing how much cholesterol it has in its half gallon bottle. I’ll onl be doing half gallon because it’s what I can afford, and also lactaid because I’m lactose intolerate.
Has anyone ever did GOMAD on lactaid before? Should I be wary of all that cholesterol ? Should I switch to soy milk ? Is my username pointless ?
