Working out 2 days a week nutrition / diet advice

Hi guys,

I can only get chance to workout 2/3 days a week for around 45 minutes a time. Due to this tight window to workout in I am doing full body workout with a programme similar to starting strength involving big compound lifts.

My question is what is the best diet for this kind of excercise and frequency of excercise. Thanks
