I’m starting to track my macros, calculated my macro ratios, and am now faced with the task of planning my grocery list so I can meal prep for the week. I’m finding this part the most daunting and am looking for advice; How do you build a daily meal plan to fit your macros? Do you plan one or two meals and figure what foods fit within the remaining macros?
