Hey guys
When eating a relatively low calorie diet on a budget getting enough protein might become a bit of a struggle.
I did notice though that for example a cup of broccoli contains around 3g of protein and 100g of mushrooms contains around 4g of protein and it can accumulate over the day. I can probably add around 15g of protein through vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms, sweet potatoes etc.
But is the quality of those protein high enough to supplement my intake to a significant degree? I tried looking it up but I only find articles regarding grains and legumes that complement each other.
Thanks!
